Where We Survey

We are based in Goodyear, Arizona, and we take work nationwide. These are the markets we know well enough to tell you what your building is likely doing before we walk it.

Pick the page that sounds like your building rather than the one nearest your address — what changes the survey is the construction and the authority reviewing it, not the mailing city. A tower wrapped in energy-efficient glass, a tilt-up warehouse with a metal roof, a resort spread across twenty low-rise structures, and a 1960s masonry campus building all fail in different ways and are measured differently. Each page below describes the stock we actually see in that market and what tends to be driving the project there.

Phoenix
Downtown glass towers and west valley distribution centers — two RF problems in one metro. Phoenix Fire Code Section 510 work included.
Scottsdale & Tempe
Multi-building resort campuses and high-density campus buildings, plus Scottsdale amendments that set a stricter signal floor than the base code.
Tucson
Older masonry stock and a thinner macro network, where marginal donor signal is far more often the real root cause than the building envelope.
Arizona (statewide)
Statewide coverage from an in-state base, and a walkthrough of why there is no single Arizona rule to design against.

Outside Arizona? We take work nationwide — the methodology is identical, travel appears in the scope, and we research the local authority having jurisdiction rather than assuming it. Tell us about your building.

Not Sure Which Applies to You?

Tell us where the building is and what is driving the project. We will tell you which requirements are in play and what a survey would involve.
